摘 要:以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)、3,3’-二羟基联苯胺(P-HAB)、[4,4’-(4,4’-异亚丙基二苯氧基)双(邻苯二甲酸酐)](BPADA)、马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰氯等,合成了一种新型紫外光固化双马来酰亚胺(BMI);以BMI为预聚物,4-丙烯酰吗啉(AMP)为稀释剂,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮(Irgacure-184)为光引发剂,制备了紫外光固化BMI-AMP树脂;使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、超导核磁共振仪(NMR)表征了BMI的化学结构,示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)测试BMI及BMI-AMP树脂的热性能,紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、DHR流变仪(DHR)测试光学性能。结果表明,BMI-AMP树脂具有良好的热性能及光透过率,热分解温度达421.69℃,玻璃化转变温度达267℃,最大透光率为99.38%。A new series of hydroxyl-substituted bismaleimide(BMI)oligomers were successfully prepared based on 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA),3,3′-dihydroxybenzidine(P-HAB),2,2-Bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane dianhydride(BPADA),acryloyl chloride and other compound.Ultraviolet(UV)curable BMI-AMP resin was prepared with BMI as prepolymer, 4-acryloylmorpholine(AMP)as diluent and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone(irgacure-184)as photoinitiator.The chemical structure of BMI was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).And the thermal properties of BMI and BMI-AMP resin were measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),and the optical properties were measured by UV-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)and DHR rheometer(DHR).The results show that BMI-AMP resin has good thermal properties and light transmittance, with thermal decomposition temperature of 421.69 ℃,glass transition temperature of 267 ℃,and the maximum light transmittance of 99.38%.
