摘  要:预制剪力墙安装多采用钢筋套筒灌浆连接,该连接技术施工工艺直接影响竖向构件节点质量。采用压力注浆法和微重力补浆法两种灌浆工艺相结合的施工方式,可使预制剪力墙的一次灌浆密实度和饱满度的合格率由最初的85.95%提升到95%。文章以某保障房项目钢筋套筒灌浆及微重力补浆施工技术应用经验为基础,重点分析预制装配式结构的钢筋套筒灌浆工艺,总结施工中质量管理措施,对同类项目的管理起到工程指导作用。Precast shear walls are mostly installed with reinforcement sleeve grouting connections,and the construction process of this connection technology directly affects the quality of vertical member nodes.The combination of two grouting processes,pressure grouting method and microgravity filling method,can make the pass rate of primary grouting compactness and fullness of precast shear walls increase from the initial 85.95%to 95%.Based on the experience of applying steel sleeve grouting and microgravity fill grouting construction technology in a housing project,this paper focuses on analyzing the steel sleeve grouting process of prefabricated assembly structure and summarizing the quality management measures in construction,which can serve as engineering guidance for the management of similar projects.
