摘 要:为实现城市地铁换乘大厅大空间设计,以南通地铁1号、2号线换乘车站青年路站为背景,借鉴国内类似工程经验,运用有限元方法计算不同结构形式顶板在相同静力作用下结构受力特性。计算结果表明:大跨结构板随着主次梁根数增加,板的计算弯矩及扰度越小,在受力满足设计要求前提下,宜考虑施工难易程度及质量,分隔小板尽量加大。支撑大跨结构板柱子的竖向计算轴力大,柱子内插型钢可有效解决竖向承载能力问题,型钢柱与梁板有效连接为设计与施工的重点。大跨结构板在精细化施工组织前提下,在南通地铁青年路站取得成功应用,为今后城市地铁地下车站大跨结构工程建设提供了借鉴。In order to realize the large space design of urban subway transfer hall,taking the Qingnian Road station of Nantong metro Line 1 and line 2 transfer station as the background andlearning from the experience of similar projects in China,the finite element method is used to calculate the mechanical characteristics of different roof structures under the same static action.The calculation results show that with the increase of the number of primary and secondary beams,the calculated bending moment and disturbance of the large-span structural plates are smaller.On the premise that the force meets the design requirements,the construction difficulty and quality should be considered,and the partition plate should be enlarged as far as possible.The vertical calculation axial force of the column supporting the large span structure plate is large,the column insert steel can effectively solve the vertical bearing capacity problem,and the effective connection between the steel column and the beam plate is the key point of design and construction.Under the premise of fine construction organization,the large span structural plate has been successfully applied in Qingnian Road station of Nantong Metro,which provides reference for the construction of large span structural engineering in urban metro underground stations in the future.
