摘  要:为了简单快速检测套筒灌浆连接的灌浆饱满性,提出了出浆口冲击法,通过对套筒灌浆连接的冲击检测面施加一个冲击力,观察出浆口处灌浆料是否发生脱模滑移来判断套筒灌浆饱满性。开展了试验室与工地现场检测研究,验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明:不同的灌浆料品牌、龄期和PVC管直径的试件均会发生脱模滑移;在实际工程中检测的8个套筒,检测结果与钻孔内窥镜法的检测结果一致,证明了该方法检测结果的准确性。In order to quickly and easily detect the grouting fullness of the sleeve grouting connection,the grout outlet impact method is proposed.An impact force is applied to the impact detection surface of the sleeve grouting connection to observe whether the grout at the outlet port is sliding.The sliding of the impact detection surface is used to judge the fullness of the sleeve grouting.Carried out laboratory and construction site inspection research to verify the feasibility of the method.The results show that:the specimens of different grout brands,ages and PVC pipe diameters will all slip;the test results of 8 sleeves tested in the actual project are consistent with those of the borehole endoscopy method,reflecting the accuracy of the test results of the method.
