摘  要:以制备自支撑FAU沸石为目标,通过水热处理偏高岭土基地聚合物原位合成自支撑沸石块体。采用强度试验结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微分析(SEM)、Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET)吸附等一系列表征方法,研究水热碱度、温度和时间等水热条件对块体强度、FAU晶体形成和演变的影响。结果表明:地聚合物试块在2M的NaOH溶液中90℃下水热处理24 h可以获得结晶度高、形貌规则以及抗压强度高的自支撑八面沸石块体,其抗压强度为11.7 MPa,比表面积达到80.36 m^(2)/g,微孔面积达19.7 m^(2)/g,孔体积为0.24 cm^(3)/g,平均孔径为7.86 nm。In order to prepare self-supporting FAU zeolite,a self-supporting zeolite block was synthesized in situ by hydrothermal treatment of a metakaolin base geopolymer.The effects of hydrothermal conditions such as hydrothermal alkalinity,temperature and time on the phase composition,microstructure and mechanical strength of the hydrothermal samples were investigated and evidenced by a series of characterization methods such as X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET).The results showed that a self-supporting faujasite block could be obtained by hydrothermal treatment of the geopolymer block in 2M NaOH solution at 90℃for 24 h,which had high crystallinity,regular morphology and high compressive strength.The self-supporting zeolite block had a compressive strength of 11.7 MPa,a pore volume of 0.24 cm^(3)/g,and an average pore diameter of 7.86 nm.The specific surface area and the microporous specific surface area of the self-supporting faujasite blocks were 80.36 m^(2)/g and 19.7 m^(2)/g,respectively.
