丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合类人胶原蛋白敷料对湿疹患儿EASI、IDQOL评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合类人胶原蛋白敷料对湿疹患儿湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、婴儿湿疹皮肤生活指数(IDQOL)评分的影响。方法以2017年10月至2019年10月接收的146例湿疹患儿为研究对象,使用区组随机化分组将其分为甲组(n=73)和乙组(n=73)。乙组使用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,甲组在其基础上联合类人胶原蛋白敷料。治疗2周后,比较两组疗效,对比治疗前、治疗2周后两组湿疹严重程度[湿疹面积及严重程度评分(EASI)]、生活指数[婴儿湿疹皮肤生活指数(IDQOL)]变化,统计治疗2周内两组药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗2周后,甲组治疗有效率显著高于乙组(P<0.05);两组患儿EASI、IDQOL评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),且甲组明显低于乙组(P<0.05);治疗2周内,两组药物不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合类人胶原蛋白敷料对湿疹患儿有较高的疗效,可改善患儿湿疹症状,且药物安全性较高,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with human-like collagen dressing on scores of eczema area and severity index(EASI)and infant dermatitis quality of life index(IDQOL)in children patients with eczema.Methods 146 children patients with eczema admitted between October 2017 and October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A(n=73)and group B(n=73)by block randomized grouping.Group B was given hydrocortisone butyrate cream,and group A was combined with humanlike collagen dressing on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups was compared after 2 weeks of treatment,and the severity of eczema[eczema area and severity index(EASI)]and life index[infant dermatitis quality of life index(IDQOL)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed within 2 weeks of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The scores of EASI and IDQOL of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P<0.05).Within 2 weeks of treatment,there were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with human-like collagen dressing has a high efficacy on children with eczema,and it can improve the eczema symptoms,and has high drug safety and high clinical application value.
