摘　　要：目的:探究华盖散配合神阙穴隔姜灸治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年2月阳江市中医医院耳鼻喉科及针灸科的符合AR诊断标准的门诊患者60例,采用随机信封法分成对照组(30例,布地奈德鼻喷剂)及治疗组(30例,华盖散水煎口服+神阙穴隔姜灸)。比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分,疗效情况,随访3个月评价复发情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组鼻部症状、眼部症状评分低于对照组,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组3个月内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华盖散配合神阙穴隔姜灸治疗AR效果显著,可有效减轻鼻部、眼部症状,降低3个月内复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huagaisan combined with Shenque acupoint ginger moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:From August 2019 to February 2021,60 outpatients from the department of otolaryngology and acupuncture and moxibustion of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the AR diagnostic criteria were selected and divided into control group(30 cases,Budesonide Nasal Spray)and treatment group(30 cases,Huagaisan water decoction orally+Shenque acupoint ginger moxibustion)by random envelope method.Compared the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and curative effects of the two groups,followed up for 3 months to evaluate the recurrence.Result:After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms and ocular symptoms in the treatment group were lower than control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within 3 months of the treatment group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huagaisan combine with Shenque acupoint ginger moxibustion has a significant effect in the treatment of AR,which can effectively reduce nasal and eye symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate within 3 months.
