食管癌术后营养支持中改良十二指肠营养管的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析食管癌术后营养支持中改良十二指肠营养管的临床应用效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2019年12月泰安市肿瘤防治院胸外科行食管癌手术患者628例,用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组314例。研究组采用改良十二指肠营养管,对照组采用传统十二指肠营养管,两组均做好病情观察及肠内营养的护理。比较两组管道移位、管道脱落、局部皮肤变化情况。结果:研究组管道移位、管道脱落及局部皮肤损害发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良十二指肠营养管可明显提高食管癌患者肠内营养的舒适度,有效预防/减少管道移位、管道脱落及减轻局部皮肤受损,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of improved duodenal nutrition tube in post operative nutritional support for esophageal cancer.Method:Totally 628 cases of patients,who underwent surgeries for the esophageal cancer in the thoracic surgery department of Tai’an Tumor Prevention Hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were divided into study group and control group by random number table,and each group had 314 cases.The study group used the improved duodenal nutrition tube,while the control group used the traditional duodenal nutritional tube.Observation and nursing of enteral nutrition were done in both groups.Compared the tube displacement,tube shedding and local skin changes of the two groups.Result:The incidence of tube displacement,tube shedding and local skin changes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved duodenal nutrition tube can significantly improve the comfort of the enteral nutrition of patients with esophageal cancer,effectively prevent/reduce the tube displacement,tube shedding and reduce the damage of the local skin,it has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
