摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理联合简易腰枕对体外反搏治疗合并腰痛的冠心病患者的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年11月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院住院治疗的64例行增强型体外反搏(enhanced external counterpulsation,EECP)合并慢性腰痛的冠心病患者,其中对照组30例采用常规护理,观察组34例进行整体护理配合简易腰枕。评估两组腰部功能障碍情况(Roland-Morris量表)、腰部疼痛情况(NRS数字分级法)及患者满意度。结果:护理后,观察组腰椎功能障碍评分[(9.2±1.3)分]低于对照组[(13.4±1.3)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-13.197,P<0.01);观察组NRS[(2.9±0.8)分]低于对照组[(4.5±1.3)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-6.134,P<0.01)。观察组总满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在合并慢性腰痛的冠心病患者的体外反搏治疗中,将整体护理联合腰枕作为辅助性手段,能更好地促进治疗效果的提升,同时也能增加患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing combined with lumbar pad on coronary heart disease patients with external counterpulsation combined with lumbago.Method:Sixty-four elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic low back pain who unolerwent enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)from January 2019 to November 2020 in the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian TCM University were selected.In the control group,30 patients received conventional nursing,while 34 patients in the observation group were implemented holistic nursing combined with simple lumbar pad.The lumbar dysfunction(Roland-Morris scale),lumbar pain(NRS digital grading)and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After nursing,the lumbar dysfunction score in the observation group[(9.2±1.3)points]was lower than(13.4±1.3)points in the control group(t=-13.197,P<0.01);the NRS in the observation group[(2.9±0.8)points]was lower than(4.5±1.3)points in the control group(t=-6.134,P<0.01).The total satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In extracorporeal counterpulsation therapy for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic low back pain,holistic nursing combined with lumbar pad can assisted to improve the therapeutic effect and promote patients’satisfaction.
