丹芍汤辅助治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究丹芍汤辅助治疗过敏性紫癜患儿效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年3月恩施市中心医院治疗的97例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)及试验组(n=49)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予丹芍汤辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症候评分、免疫指标、肾功能及不良反应。结果:治疗后,试验组面色、皮肤紫斑、关节痛、腹痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组免疫球蛋白A、G及血尿素氮、血肌酐水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芍汤辅助治疗过敏性紫癜患儿可改善相关临床症状及肾功能,改善患儿免疫功能且不良反应较少。Objective:To study the effect of Danshao Decoction in adjuvant treatment of children with allergic purpura.Method:A total of 97 children with allergic purpura treated in Enshi Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (n=48) and experimental group (n=49) according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given the adjuvant treatment of Danshao Decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM symptom score,immune indexes,renal function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of complexion,skin purple spot,arthralgia and abdominal pain in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,G,blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshao Decoction can improve the related clinical symptoms and renal function in adjuvant treatment of children with allergic purpura,and improve the immune function of children,have fewer adverse reactions.
