硝苯地平控释片与缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究硝苯地平控释片与缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者血压指标水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年12月北京市朝阳区八里庄第二社区卫生服务中心收治原发性高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,两组各40例。对照组单独应用缬沙坦治疗;观察组应用硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血管扩张能力水平高于对照组,颈动脉内膜中层增厚水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头晕症状消失时间及血压水平控制时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片联合应用缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压,通过多种机制发挥降压效果,有利于促进患者临床症状尽早恢复。Objective:To explore the effects of nifedipine controlled-release tablets and valsartan on blood pressure indicators in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to the Second Community Health Service Center of Balizhuang in Chaoyang District of Beijing City were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan alone;the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with valsartan.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of vascular dilation ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of carotid intima-media thickening was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dizziness symptoms and the control time of blood pressure level in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of nifedipine controlled-release tablets and valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension,exerts a hypotensive effect through multiple mechanisms,which is beneficial to promote the early recovery of patients'clinical symptoms.
