摘　　要：目的:观察扶阳平喘膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效。方法:2018年7月-2020年6月福建中医药大学附属南平人民医院收治COPD稳定期患者60例,随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组接受西医规范治疗,观察组加用扶阳平喘膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、COPD综合评估测试评分、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评分及多因素系统指数评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用扶阳平喘膏联合常规西药治疗COPD稳定期的临床效果明显。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Pingchuan Ointment in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Sixty patients with stable COPD who were admitted to Nanping People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received standard treatment of Western medicine.The observation group was additionally treated with Fuyang Pingchuan Ointment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,COPD comprehensive assessment test score,COPD score and multifactor system index score were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Fuyang Pingchuan Ointment in the treatment of stable COPD is obvious.
