预见性护理在高血压脑出血围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在高血压脑出血围手术期患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年3月湖北省十堰市太和医院收治高血压脑出血围手术期患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、5、10 d及出院时的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在高血压脑出血围手术期患者护理中的应用效果显著,能有效降低并发症发生率,稳定血压水平,促进受损神经功能的修复,提高护理满意率。Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,48 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the perioperative period who were admitted to the Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City were randomLy divided into the two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used predictive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group after nursing were on average significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institute of Health stroke scale scores of the observation group at 1 d,5 d,10 d after operation and at discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of predictive nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,stabilize blood pressure levels,promote the repair of damaged nerve function,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
