摘　　要：目的:研究发热门诊患者应用舒适护理模式对临床护理指标及护理满意度的影响。方法:2021年1-6月珠海市中西医结合医院发热门诊收治发热患者46例,随机分为对照组24例,观察组22例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予舒适护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组疾病知识知晓率、遵医用药率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,且护理纠纷率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发热门诊患者应用舒适护理模式,可显著提升患者对疾病的认知,提升患者遵医用药率,降低护患纠纷的发生,提高护理满意度。Objective:To study the influence of comfortable nursing mode on clinical nursing indexes and nursing satisfaction in fever clinic patients.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2021,46 patients with fever admitted to the Fever Clinic,Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Zhuhai City were randomLy divided into control group(n=24)and observation group(n=22).The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing measures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The awareness rate of disease knowledge,medication compliance rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the nursing dispute rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfortable nursing mode in fever clinic patients can significantly improve patients'awareness of diseases,increase the rate of patients'compliance with medication,reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,and improve nursing satisfaction.
