α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα与艾滋病病毒感染患者预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα与艾滋病病毒感染患者预后的相关性。方法对154例病理学检测确诊为艾滋病病毒感染患者以及154例健康志愿者进行了研究。按照疾病的分期将患者分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期。使用Western blot法检测α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12表达,使用PC-PCR检测IL-15Rα表达,使用间接法检测CD3、CD4水平。结果与对照组相比,艾滋病组患者CD4、CD8水平异常下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,艾滋病组患者α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα表达均有所上升(P<0.05);与Ⅰ期患者相比,Ⅱ期患者体内α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα表达升高(P<0.05);与Ⅱ期患者相比,Ⅲ期患者体内α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα表达升高(P<0.05);与Ⅲ期患者相比,Ⅳ期患者体内α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα表达升高(P<0.05)。结论α1-抗胰蛋白酶、CXCL12、IL-15Rα与艾滋病病毒感染病症有着密切的关联,且与艾滋病病毒感染患者预后有着一定的相关性。Objective To explore the correlation betweenα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12,IL-15Ralpha and the prognosis of HIV-infected patients.Methods A total of 154 HIV-infected patients were selected,and 154 healthy volunteers were randomly selected from our hospital for physical examination and divided into control group.According to the stage of the disease,the patients were divided into stage I,stage II,stageⅢand stageⅣ.Western blot was used to detect the expression ofα1-antitrypsin and CXCL12,PC-PCR was used to detect the expression of IL-15Rα,and indirect method was used to detect the levels of CD3 and CD4.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of CD4 and CD8 in AIDS group decreased abnormally,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the expression ofα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12,IL-15Rαin AIDS group increased(P<0.05);compared with stage I patients,the expression ofα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12,IL-15Rαin patients with stageⅡincreased(P<0.05);compared with stageⅡpatients,the expression ofα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12,IL-15Rαincreased(P<0.05);compared with patients in stageⅢ,the expression ofα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12 and IL-15Rαin patients with stageⅢwas higher(P<0.05);compared with patients in stage III,the expressions ofα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12 and IL-15Rαin patients with stage IV increased(P<0.05).Conclusionα1-antitrypsin,CXCL12 and IL-15Rαare closely related to HIV infection and prognosis of HIV infected patients.
