摘　　要：通过分析目前临床试验在医院实施中存在的问题,结合对试验数据的实现统一、可溯源的信息化管理需求,设计一种基于医院信息管理系统(HIS)的临床试验项目管理模式。在该管理模式下:(1)研究者的试验医嘱开立权限得到管控;(2)受试者可在HIS中开立临床试验免费医嘱;(3)可查询受试者试验报告数据;(4)对医技部门和护理人员在临床试验工作绩效进行信息化统计,提升医技人员与药师的积极性。By analyzing the current problems in the implementation of clinical trials in hospitals,combined with the need for information management to achieve uniformity and traceability of trial data,a clinical trial project management model based on the hospital information management system(HIS)is designed.Under this management model,(1)the investigator′s authority to issue trial orders is controlled.(2)Subjects can open free medical orders for clinical trials in the HIS.(3)Subjects′trial report data can be accessed.(4)Information-based statistics on the performance of medical and technical departments and nursing staff in clinical trials were statistically analyzed,to enhance the motivation of medical and technical staff and pharmacists.
