心导管室人性化护理应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在心导管室护理中的应用效果。方法选取四川大学华西医院心导管室2018年6月至2019年5月收治的心血管疾病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组患者治疗中相关并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者中2.86%发生治疗相关并发症,对照组患者中22.86%发生治疗相关并发症,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.2477,P=0.0124)。结论在心导管室护理中实施人性化护理,对于提升心血管疾病,降低治疗相关风险事件具有显著效果。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing in cardiac catheterization room.Methods A total of 70 patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in the cardiac catheterization room of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June 2018 to May 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received humanized nursing.The incidence of related complications in the treatment of the two groups was compared.Results Precisely 2.86%of the patients in the observation group had treatment-related complications,and 22.86%of the patients in the control group had treatment-related complications.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.2477,P=0.0124).Conclusion Humanized nursing in cardiac catheterization room has a significant effect on improving cardiovascular disease and reducing treatment-related risk events.
