心理护理用于妊高征产妇效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理用于妊高征产妇的效果。方法选取医院2019年1月至2020年9月收治的妊高征产妇72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。两组均实施常规性护理,观察组增加心理护理。结果护理后,观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),心理、运动、角色及交际评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理用于妊高征产妇,可缓解其负面情绪,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 72 pregnant women with PIH treated in the hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,46 cases in each group.Routine nursing was implemented in both groups,and psychological nursing was added in the observation group.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of psychology,exercise,role and communication in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for pregnant women with PIH can alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
