摘 要:目的观察某院门诊西药房实施处方改进措施的效果。方法选取医院门诊西药房处方改进措施实施前(2019年1月至12月)、实施后(2020年1月至12月)各开具的1000张处方,均为单一患者,分别设为对照组和研究组,比较不合理处方发生率及患者的满意程度。结果研究组不合理处方发生率为0.5%,明显低于对照组的6.9%(P<0.05);对照组不合理处方包括用药选择、用药剂量、联合用药、用药次数、用药途径、溶剂选择、用药间隔时间及其他不合理;研究组患者的满意度为(93.28±3.16)分,明显高于对照组的(81.04±2.04)分(P<0.05)。结论对门诊西药房不合理用药处方进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施,有利于降低不合理处方发生率,确保临床用药安全,提高患者的满意度。Objective To observe the effect of prescription improvement measures in outpatient Western pharmacy of a hospital.Methods A total of 1000 prescriptions issued before(from January to December 2019)and after(from January to December 2020)the implementation of the prescription improvement measures in the outpatient Western pharmacy of the hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the study group.The incidence of unreasonable prescriptions and the satisfaction of patients were compared.Results The incidence of unreasonable prescription in the study group was 0.5%,which was significantly lower than 6.9%in the control group(P<0.05).The irrational prescriptions in the control group included drug selection,drug dose,combined medication,drug frequency,administration route,solvent selection,drug interval and other unreasonable prescriptions.The satisfaction of patients in the study group was(93.28±3.16)points,which was significantly higher than(81.04±2.04)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of irrational prescriptions in outpatient Western pharmacy and the corresponding improvement measures are helpful to reduce the incidence of irrational prescriptions,ensure the safety of clinical medication and improve the satisfaction of patients.
