摘　　要：目的探究分析仿生物电刺激应用于重复人工流产术后的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法将河池市人民医院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的163例重复人工流产术患者分为空白组(n=53)、试验组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。空白组不干预,试验组采取仿生物电刺激,对照组采取激素治疗。比较三组患者三维阴道彩超监测指标[血流阻力指数(血流RI值)、子宫内膜厚度],术后阴道流血情况(出血时间、术后阴道出血量)。结果术后10、14及21 d,试验组子宫内膜厚度均高于空白组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者月经复潮后第一个月11~14 d及第二个月11~14 d,试验组与对照组血流RI值均低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组患者术后出血时间、术后阴道出血量低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将仿生物电刺激应用于重复人工流产术后患者中,能增加子宫内膜厚度,有效减少出血时间,缓解术后出血量。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of bionic electrical stimulation after repeated induced abortion.Methods A total of 163 patients undergoing repeated induced abortion admitted to the People’s Hospital of Hechi from August 2017 to August 2019 were divided into the blank group(n=53),the experimental group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)by random number table method.No intervention was given to the blank group,the experimental group was treated with bionic electrical stimulation,and the control group was treated with hormone therapy.The differences in indexes monitored by vaginal 3D ultrasound(blood flow resistance index[the RI value of blood flow],and endometrial thickness),and postoperative vaginal bleeding(bleeding time,and bleeding volume)were compared among the three groups of patients.Results The endometrial thickness in the experimental group was higher than that in the blank group and the control group at 10 d,14 d and 21 d after surgery,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During 11-14 d in the first month and 11-14 d in the second month after the resumption of menstruation in the three groups of patients,the RI values of blood flow in the experimental group and the control group were lower than that in the blank group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume of patients in the experimental group and control group were lower than those in the blank group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Bionic electrical stimulation is effective in increasing the endometrial thickness,shortening the bleeding time and reducing the postoperative bleeding volume for patients after repeated induced abortion.
