摘　　要：目的探析干预映射在痔疮患者健康行为改善中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月在濮阳市油田总医院肛肠科接受治疗的100例痔疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,每组各50例,对照组实施常规痔疮健康教育,试验组实施基于干预映射所制订的健康行为改善计划,比较干预效果。结果与对照组相比,干预后,试验组自我管理行为评分显著高于对照组;除瘙痒指标,试验组各项症状评分明显低于对照组;试验组症状负荷、总体幸福感评分、SHS_(HD)总分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于干预映射的健康行为计划有助于改善痔疮患者的健康行为,从而提高患者生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of intervention mapping on improving health behavior of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoids treated in the anorectal department of Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine hemorrhoid health education,and the experimental group implemented the established health behavior improvement plan based on intervention mapping,and the intervention effects were compared.Results Compared with the control group,after the intervention,the self-management behavior score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;except for the itching index,the symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the experimental group’s symptom load,overall well-being score,and SHS_(HD) total score Significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health behavior plan based on intervention mapping is helpful to improve the health behavior of patients with hemorrhoids,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further popular ization and application.
