摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管人群生活质量状况,分析肿瘤置管患者生活质量的影响因素,为有关干预措施的制订提供理论依据。方法2020年3—12月经便利抽样以250例广西医科大学第一附属医院诊治的肿瘤PICC置管患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和癌症患者生活质量测定核心量表进行问卷调查。观察指标为该量表的5个功能领域(躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能)。结果肿瘤患者PICC置管后生活质量水平不佳,肿瘤置管患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能均低于Norwegian常模(P<0.05);多元线性回归显示,家庭人均月收入、是否恢复正常生活、家人支持情况、置管次数和导管相关并发症是肿瘤患者PICC置管后生活质量的影响因素。结论肿瘤置管患者生活质量不高,受多种因素影响,应重视该群体的生活质量状况,并根据影响因素给予个性化的干预措施和健康教育。Objective To understand the quality of life of tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization,analyze the influencing factors of quality of life for tumor patients with PICC catheterization,and provide theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant intervention measures.Methods A total of 250 tumor patients with PICC catheterization diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March to December 2020 were s elected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The general data questionnaire and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)were used for the questionnaire survey.The observation indexes were the five functional areas of the scale(physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function).Results The quality of life for tumor patients after PICC catheterization was poor.The physical function,emotional function and social function of tumor patients after PICC catheterization were lower than those of the Norwegian population norm(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that household monthly income per person,returning to normal life or not,family support,number of catheterization and catheter-related complications were the influencing factors of quality of life for tumor patients after PICC catheterization.Conclusion The quality of life of tumor patients with catheterization is not high,which is affected by many factors.The quality of life of this population shall be paid attention to,and personalized intervention measures and health education shall be given accor ding to the influencing factors.
