摘 要:膜蒸馏是一种极具前景的水处理工艺,然而膜污染现象很大程度上阻碍了该工艺的广泛应用。从膜面有机污染形成机理的起源、疏水作用的引入、双电层力的修正以及膜面形貌参数的影响等方面,详细介绍了基于XDLVO理论的膜污染机理模型及其优化方法,并针对膜蒸馏系统特有的运行环境,提出了改进膜面形貌重构算法、引入涉及固液气三相的边界条件、分析污染物形态参数的影响、增加其他作用力分项等研究方向建议与展望。Membrane distillation is a promising process for water treatment.However,the widespread application of this technology was still suffered from membrane fouling.Organic maters are one of the most common substance in the feed solution of membrane distillation system.In this article,the XDLVO theory,which was used for the analyze organic fouling phenomenon,was detailly introduced from four aspects,including the origin of organic fouling mechanism,the introduction of hydrophobic interaction,the modification of double electric layer interaction and the introduction of surface morphology.Finally,the suggestion and expectation was proposed to further optimize the XDLVO theory,including improving the algorithm of surface topology reconstruction,involving the three-phase boundary condition,considering the morphological parameter of foulants and adding other interaction forces.
