铁基污泥水热炭强化二级生化出水深度脱氮效果研究

摘  要:利用铁基污泥水热炭强化生物反硝化处理城市污水厂二级生化出水,可有效降低出水总氮(TN)的浓度。从不同碳氮比(C/N)条件下的脱氮效果及反应器内微生物种群变化方面分析了反硝化作用提升原因。在不同C/N条件下,在反应器中投加SHC-Fe^(0)、SHC-Fe^(2+)、SHC-Fe^(3+)三种铁基污泥水热炭均能提高反应器内的TN去除效率和碳源利用率。其中投加SHC-Fe^(2+)的3#反应器效果最佳,在C/N=3.0~3.2时,平均TN去除率和碳源利用率分别为60.8%和58.3%,且出水TN浓度低于5 mg/L。铁基污泥水热炭对微生物种群具有筛选作用,使具有反硝化作用的不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)为反应器内的优势菌属,其丰度显著高于对照组。Iron-based sludge hydrochar coupled with biological denitrification was employed to treat the secondary effluent of municipal wastewater treatment plant,it could effectively reduce the concentration of total nitrogen(TN)in the effluent.Based on the nitrogen removal at different carbon to nitrogen(C/N)and shift of microbial community,the reason of promoting denitrification by the iron-based sludge hydrochar was analyzed.Three ironbased sludge hydrochars including SHC-Fe^(0),SHC-Fe^(2+)and SHC-Fe^(3+),enhanced the TN removal efficiency and carbon source efficiency significantly.Noteworthily,the No.3 reactor filled with SHC-Fe^(2+)exhibited the best nitrogen removal performance.When the C/N ratio range was 3.0~3.2,the average total nitrogen removal efficiency and carbon source efficiency were 60.8%and 58.3%,respectively,and the effluent TN concentration of was less than 5 mg/L.Moreover,the iron-based sludge hydrochar had a screening effect on microbes.Acinetobacter,a denitrifier,was the dominant genus in the reactor,and its abundance was significantly higher than the control group.
