摘  要:奇数碳挥发性脂肪酸(Odd carbon volatile fatty acid,OCFA)作为厌氧消化过程的中间代谢产物,是混菌培养合成聚羟基烷酸(Polyhydroxyalkanoates,PHAs)和生物脱氮除磷工艺(Biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal,BNR)的重要碳源。为了优化泔脚废油脂厌氧发酵生产OCFA过程,研究了不同污泥接种源对其定向生产OCFA的影响。实验分别接种了好氧池、二沉池、厌氧池和水解酸化池的废弃污泥,探讨了不同污泥接种情况下挥发性脂肪酸(Volatile fatty acid,VFAs)、OCFA比例(质量分数)、溶解性化学需氧量(Dissolved chemical oxygen demand,SCOD)、pH、氧化还原电位(Oxidation reduction potential,ORP)的变化规律。结合显著性分析,并综合考虑发酵峰值时间,VFAs最高质量浓度和OCFA最高占比,确定了好氧池污泥是泔脚废油脂厌氧发酵生产OCFA的最佳污泥接种源且发酵最适pH和ORP范围分别为4.0~5.0和-150~100 mV之间。As an intermediate metabolite of anaerobic digestion,odd carbon volatile fatty acid(OCFA)is an important carbon source for the synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs)and biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal(BNR)process.To further optimize the process of OCFA production by anaerobic fermentation of hogwash waste grease,the effects of different sludge inoculation on the directional production of OCFA were studied.Aerobic sludge,secondary sedimentation tank sludge,anaerobic sludge and hydrolytic acidified sludge were inoculated respectively,and the changes of volatile fatty acid(VFAs)concentration,OCFA proportion(mass fraction),dissolved chemical oxygen demand((SCOD)),pH and Oxidation reduction potential(ORP)were discussed under different sludge inoculation conditions.Combined with significance analysis,considering the peak time of fermentation,the highest concentration of VFAs and the highest proportion of OCFA,it is considered that aerobic tank sludge is the best sludge inoculation for OCFA production by anaerobic fermentation of hogwash waste grease.The optimum pH and ORP ranges of fermentation were determined to be between 4.0~5.0 and-150~100 mV,respectively.
