摘 要:针对大多数生物驯化和培养需要连续运行这一工程实际问题,以新型高效生物材料PBG为载体,通过其对模拟生活污水处理效果的影响研究了PBG-MBBR系统在静沉过程中生物膜特性变化及二次启动后自我修复过程。研究结果表明:1)静沉阶段PBG-MBBR系统较活性污泥AS系统COD和氨氮的增加趋势更为明显,其中PBG-MBBR系统COD和氨氮峰值分别能达到564 mg/L和61 mg/L,AS系统的峰值分别为247 mg/L和20 mg/L,PBG-MBBR系统内增加的碳源和氮源为低活性微生物的内源呼吸提供条件;2)PBG载体生物膜和活性污泥都具有短期在异常条件下生存的能力,但由于PBG载体生物膜内部结构的优势,其抵抗外界异常条件时表现突出,使PBG-MBBR系统能较快成功的二次启动,并能使COD和氨氮的去除率均达到90%左右,载体污泥负载量恢复至9000 mg/L左右。In order to solve the practical engineering problem that most biological domestication and cultivation need continuous operation,a new type of high-efficiency biomaterial porous bio-gel(PBG)was used as the carrier to study the changes of biofilm characteristics during static sedimentation and the self-repair process after secondary startup of PBG-MBBR system through its influence on the treatment effect of simulated domestic wastewater.The results showed that:1)the increasing trend of COD and NH;-N in PBG-MBBR system was significant than that in activated sludge(AS)system during the static sedimentation stage.The peak values of COD and NH;-N in PBG-MBBR system were 564 and 61 mg/L,respectively,and those in AS system were 247 and 20 mg/L,respectively.The increased carbon and nitrogen sources in PBG-MBBR system provided conditions for endogenous respiration of low active microorganisms.2)Both biofilm and AS of PBG carrier all had the ability to survive under abnormal conditions for a short time.However,the biofilm of PBG carrier had outstanding performance in resisting external abnormal conditions due to the advantages of internal structure,which enabled PBG-MBBR system to start up quickly and successfully for the second time,and the removal rate of COD and NH3-N reached about 90%,and the carrier sludge loading was restored to about 9000 mg/L.
