摘  要:接触过滤技术是适合处理低浊水的方法之一。以接触絮凝理论为基础,研发一种两段式过滤装置,并考察两段式接触过滤法净化低浊水的过滤性能。研究表明:在原水浊度为20 NTU时,最佳絮凝剂为聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC),投药量为3 mg/L;进水pH在6~8范围内时,出水浊度稳定于0.22~0.32 NTU之间;综合分析过滤周期、平均出水浊度与产水量,确定最佳过滤流速为10 m/h。对于浊度为5~20 NTU间的低浊水,两段式接触过滤法具有良好的处理能力,平均出水浊度小于0.30 NTU。Contact flocculation technology is one of the suitable methods for treating low turbidity water.Based on the contact flocculation filtration theory,this paper proposed a two-stage filter device and examined the filtration performance of two-stage contact filtration to purify low turbidity water.The results showed that the preferred flocculant was polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC)with the dosage of 3 mg/L,and the turbidity of the raw water was 20 NTU.When the pH value of the inlet water was in the range of 6~8,the turbidity of the outlet water was stable at 0.22~0.32 NTU.A comprehensive analysis of the filtration cycle,average turbidity and water production yields,the optimum filtration flow rate was determined as 10 m/h.The two-stage contact filtration had good purification ability for low turbidity water between 5~20 NTU,and the average turbidity of the effluent was less than 0.30 NTU.
