泥膜混合生物转盘预处理餐厨垃圾渗滤液的中试研究

摘　　要：自制中试规模泥膜混合生物转盘,考察其预处理实际餐厨垃圾渗滤液(COD:15251~26568 mg/L、氨氮:1105~1346 mg/L、TN:3229~3283 mg/L)的能力及适应性。采用巴氏土壤菌进行启动挂膜,45天时原水COD、氨氮、TN的去除率达到92%、81%和89%,转盘表面附着一层黄褐色泥层,显示启动成功;参数优化结果为pH=8.0、曝气量为80 L/min、转盘转速为8 r/min,此时COD、氨氮、TN的去除率达到97.5%、92%和91%,系统连续稳定运行45 d的结果显示,COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的去除率均能稳定在93%~98.5%,91%~95%和85%~91%的水平,出水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN分别在500 mg/L、100 mg/L和150 mg/L以下。结果表明,本系统兼具预处理餐厨垃圾渗滤液的能力及适应性,有实践应用的潜力。A self-made pilot-scale mud-film mixed biological turntable was used to examine its ability for the pretreat actual kitchen waste leachate(COD:15251~26568 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen:1105~1346 mg/L,TN:3229~3283 mg/L).Using Pasteurella soil bacteria to start the hanging film,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and TN in the raw water reached 92%,81%,and 89%at 45 days.A yellow-brown mud layer was attached to the surface of the turntable,which indicated the startup was successful.The optimization parameters were pH=8.0,the aeration rate is 80 L/min,and the rotating speed of the turntable is 8 r/min.At this time,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and TN reached 97.5%,92%,and 91%.The results of continuous stable operation for 45 days showed that the COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN can be stable at 93%~98.5%,91%~95%,and 85%~91%.The effluent COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN are respectively below 500 mg/L,100 mg/L,and 150 mg/L.The results showed that the system has both the ability and adaptability of pretreatment of kitchen waste leachate and it has the potential for practical application.
