摘 要:在柱状序批式反应器内调查了好氧颗粒污泥处理印染废水的可行性,并考察进水有机负荷率(OLR)对颗粒污泥形成规律及COD、氨氮的去除影响。结果表明,当进水OLR由1.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)升高至7.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,颗粒污泥质量浓度呈现上升趋势。当进水OLR为5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,颗粒污泥系统沉降性最好,污泥沉降指数(SVI_(30))仅为52.6 mL/g。此外,进水OLR影响颗粒污泥粒径分布、胞外聚合物(EPS)含量及组分。当进水OLR为5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,颗粒污泥粒径主要分布于0.9~1.2 mm,且占比38.5%,EPS的含量升高至81.3 mg/g,显著高于其他进水OLR组别。进水OLR变化主要影响EPS内蛋白质(PN)含量变化,而对多糖(PS)含量变化影响较小。进水OLR能影响颗粒污泥处理印染废水中污染物的去除,当进水OLR为5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,COD和氨氮去除率最高,且分别为79.5%和85.6%,而进水OLR对浊度去除影响不明显。The feasibility of treating printing and dyeing wastewater by aerobic granular sludge was investigated in a column sequencing batch reactor,and the effects of influent organic loading rate(OLR)on the formation of granular sludge and the removal of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of granular sludge increased with an increase of the influent OLR from 1.0 to 7.0 kg/(m^(3)·d).When the influent OLR was 5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d),the settleability of the granular sludge system was the best,and the sludge sedimentation index(SVI_(30))was only 52.6 mL/g.In addition,the influent OLR affected the particle size distribution,extracellular polymer(EPS)content,and composition.When the influent OLR was 5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d),the particle size of granular sludge was mainly distributed in 0.9~1.2 mm,accounting for 38.5%.The content of EPS increased to 81.3 mg/g,significantly higher than that of other influent OLR groups.The influent OLR mainly affected the content of protein(PN)in EPS but had little effect on the content of PS.When the influent OLR was 5.0 kg/(m^(3)·d),the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 79.5%and 85.6%respectively,while the influent OLR had no obvious effect on turbidity removal.
