摘 要:石墨烯基复合材料因具有防水、阻燃等功能性而受到广泛研究。通过氯原子和羟基的亲核取代反应制备了三聚氯氰改性石墨烯,研究结果表明:当三聚氯氰与石墨烯片层羟基摩尔比为1∶1时,缚酸剂与三聚氯氰摩尔比为1.5∶1时,在0℃下反应12 h,所得三聚氯氰改性石墨烯性能最佳,粒径为816 nm,粒径分布系数为0.261,三聚氯氰转化率为64.01%。经三聚氯氰改性石墨烯/聚氨酯涂饰的成革具有优异的综合性能,涂层耐磨耗4级,耐干擦4-5级,耐湿擦4-5级,动态防水6487次,燃烧速率42 mm/min。Graphene-based composite materials have been extensively studied because of their waterproof,flame-retardant and other functions.The cyanuric chloride modified graphene was prepared by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of chlorine atoms and hydroxyl groups.The research results showed that when the molar ratio of cyanuric chloride to the hydroxyl group of the graphene sheet layer was 1∶1,the acid binding agent and the cyanuric chloride was 1.5∶1 and reacting for 12h at 0℃,the performance was the best.The particle size was 816 nm,the particle size distribution coefficient was 0.261,and the cyanuric chloride conversion rate was 64.01%.Cyanuric chloride modified graphene/polyurethane coated leather had excellent comprehensive performance,wear resistance level 4,dry rub resistance level 4-5,wet rub resistance level 4-5,dynamic waterproof 6487 times,burning rate 42 mm/min.
