摘 要:通过电沉积法和热分解法将活性组分IrSnRuMn分别负载到钛板上制成新型电极,探究活性层Ru、Mn摩尔比对钛基IrSnRuMn氧化物阳极电化学活性及电解脱硫废水制氯的影响。结果表明,当Ru、Mn摩尔比为4∶6时,电极同时具有较好的电化学活性和电解制氯能力,此时电极的析氯电位为1.167 V,析氧电位为1.322 V。在电极间距为4 cm、阳极液pH=7.95、电流密度为20 mA/cm^(2)、电解时间为120 min的条件下,对氯离子的去除效率为38.7%。The active component IrSnRuMn is loaded onto titanium plate by electrodeposition and thermal decomposition methods to make a new type of electrode.The effect of the molar proportion of Ru to Mn in active layer on the electrochemical activity of titanium based IrSnRuMn oxide anode and chlorine production from electrolytic desulfurization wastewater is investigated.It is found that the electrode has good electrochemical activity and electrolytic chlorine production ability when the molar ratio of Ru to Mn is 4∶6,its chlorine evolution potential and oxygen evolution potential are 1.167 V and 1.322 V,respectively.The removal efficiency of chloride ion can reach 38.7% under the experimental conditions that electrode spacing is 4 cm, pH of anode solution is 7.95,current density is 20 mA·cm^(2) and electrolysis spends 120 min.
