摘 要:为了减少聚甲丙烯酸铵酯Ⅰ药用辅料的单体残留量,对升温爆聚反应引发自动加速效应降低其残留量进行了研究。考察了升温点处引发剂浓度及加入方式、单体浓度、升温速率等聚合工艺参数对聚合物中单体残留及聚合物性能的影响。并对最佳爆聚反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,爆聚反应能显著降低聚合物中单体残留;在最佳工艺条件下,树脂醇溶液中的单体残留量为0.09%,符合药典要求,性能与对照品基本一致。The reduction of monomer residue in methacrylic acid copolymer Ⅰ pharmaceutical excipients by the auto-acceleration triggered by temperature-rising explosion polymerization is studied.The effects of polymerization process parameters such as initiator concentration, addition method of initiator, monomer concentration, and heating rate at the heating point on monomer residue in methacrylic acid copolymer Ⅰ and the properties of the copolymer are investigated.The conditions for explosive polymerization are optimized.It is shown that explosive polymerization can significantly reduce monomer residue in the copolymer.Under the best conditions, the monomer residue in alcohol solution of the copolymer is 0.09%,which meets the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China, and the properties are basically the same as that of control article.
