摘  要:目的:研制一种基于树莓派的便携式静脉投影仪,以满足静脉穿刺时静脉可视化的需求。方法:该静脉投影仪基于静脉中脱氧血红蛋白对红外光的吸收强度高于静脉周边组织的原理设计,由树莓派、微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)激光扫描投影模组、加装红外滤光片的红外摄像头、电池、壳体及支架组成。其软件程序采用Visual Studio Code编写,由树莓派内置的Python解释器运行,并通过OpenCV图像处理算法完成图像对比度增强等操作。通过网络和VNC Viewer软件实现静脉图像的远程传输以及静脉投影仪的无线控制与调试。结果:经测试,采用静脉投影仪样机可获得人体静脉图像,且显示的人体浅层的静脉脉络与真实位置误差较小,基本可以忽略。结论:该静脉投影仪可实现静脉的原位置投影,且成本低、体积小,易于推广和普及。Objective To develop a portable vein projector based on Raspberry Pi to facilitate visualized venipuncture.Methods A vein projector was designed with the principle that deoxygenated haemoglobin in veins absorbed infrared light more intensely than the tissue surrounding the veins,which was composed of a Raspberry Pi,a laser scanning projection module for micro-electro-mechanical system,an infrared camera with infrared filter,batteries,a housing and a bracket.The software was programmed with Visual Studio Code and run by the Raspberry Pi's built-in Python interpreter,and OpenCV image processing algorithm was used to realize image contrast enhancement.Remote transmission of vein images and wireless control and commissioning of the vein projector were achieved via the network and VNC Viewer software.Results It's proved that the vein projector prototype could be used for obtaining vein images,and the position errors were negligible when it was used for displaying superficial veins.Conclusion The vein projector developed enables in-situ projection of the veins with low cost and size,and is easy to promote practically.
