摘　　要：取向硅钢是一种重要的功能性软磁材料,主要用于输变电行业变压器的制造。取向硅钢因其生产工艺复杂、制造工艺要求严格、生产成本高、成品率低、核心技术保密,被誉为“特种钢中的艺术”,也是衡量国家特钢制造水平的标志。在节能环保和电力建设规模化的趋势下,国产取向硅钢存在巨大缺口,大部分依赖进口。因此,开发和生产高性能冷轧取向硅钢显得尤为重要和紧迫。Oriented silicon steel is an important functional soft magnetic material,which is mainly used in the manufacture of transformers in power transmission and transformation industry.Oriented silicon steel is known as"art in special steel"because of its complex production process,strict manufacturing process requirements,high production cost,low yield and confidential core technology.It is also a symbol to measure the manufacturing level of national special steel.Under the trend of energy conservation,environmental protection and large-scale power construction,there is a huge gap in domestic oriented silicon steel,most of which depend on imports.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to develop and produce high-performance cold-rolled oriented silicon steel.
