摘　　要：柳钢中金公司新建2号高炉于2021年5月10日点火送风,铁水全铸块,开炉前制定了详细有效的生产组织方案,开炉配料计算精确,炉温调控及时合理,铸铁工序采取有效技改措施,高炉和铸铁工序生产平衡有序,顺利达成了预期目标。Zhong jin company’s 1680 m^(3) blast furnace was put into operation on May 10,2021,which adopt molten iron product iron block.The preparatory work such as developed detailed effective production organization plan,reasonable material calculation,furnace temperature control timely and reasonable,cast iron process to take effective technical measures,the blast furnace and cast iron production balanced and orderly,and finallly achieved the anticipate.
