摘 要:为了揭示使用脱萼剂和植物三碘苯甲酸(TIBA)对果实石细胞的影响,以库尔勒香梨为试材,采用间苯三酚染色法研究石细胞变化情况,同时测定果实石细胞含量、木质素含量及其关键合成酶活性。结果表明:经脱萼剂与TIBA处理的库尔勒香梨果实脱萼率均提高,且脱萼剂效果更加明显,但在盛花后110 d脱萼剂与TIBA处理的石细胞含量均高于对照,且在果实成熟期即盛花后145 d均显著高于对照,TIBA处理的石细胞含量始终高于脱萼剂处理。综上,脱萼剂与TIBA处理虽可使果实脱萼率增加,但同时造成果实的石细胞含量增加,影响果实口感,综合考虑推荐在生产中使用脱萼剂更有利于保证库尔勒香梨果实品质。In order to reveal the effect of using calyx remover and plant triiodobenzoic acid(TIBA) on fruit stone cells, ’Korla fragrant pear’ was used as the test material to study the changes of stone cells by phloroglucinol staining method, and the fruit stone cells content, lignin content and its key synthase activity were measured at the same time. The results showed that the calyx removal rate of ’Korla fragrant pear’ fruits treated with calyx eliminator and TIBA increased, and the effect of calyx eliminator was more obvious, but the stone cell content of calyx eliminator and TIBA treatment was higher at 110 d after blooming. Compared with the control, it was significantly higher than the control at 145 days after the fruit was in full bloom, the stone cell content of TIBA treatment was always higher than that of calyx eliminator treatment. In summary, it is shown that although the calyx-removing agent and TIBA can increase the rate of calyx-removing fruits, they also increase the content of stone cells in the fruit, which affects the taste of the fruit. Therefore, it is recommended to use calyx-removing agents in production.
