摘 要:目的探究基于Pender理论下的健康教育对白血病患儿心理弹性及自我效能的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年12月医院接收的116例白血病患儿作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于Pender理论下的健康教育。干预前、干预3个月,采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)分别比较两组患儿的心理弹性、自我效能、生活质量。结果干预前,两组心理弹性、自我效能、生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月,观察组的力量性、乐观性、坚韧性评分及CD-RISC总分均高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的GSES评分高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在白血病患儿中采用基于Pender理论下的健康教育,能有效提高患儿的心理弹性及自我效能,并改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of health education based on Pender's theory on psychological resilience and self-effi cacy in children with leukemia.Methods To select 116 children patients with leukemia received by the hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of the basic characteristics between the groups,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received health education based on Pender's theory on the basis of the control group.Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention,the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),general self-effi cacy scale(GSES)and generic quality of life inventory(GQOL-74)were used to compare the psychological resilience,self-effi cacy and living quality of the two groups of children patients.Results Before the intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the psychological resilience,self-effi cacy and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the strength,optimism,toughness scores and CD-RISC total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The social function,physical function,psychological function and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on Pender's theory in children patients with leukemia can effectively improve the children's psychological resilience and self-effi cacy,and improve their quality of life.
