摘　　要：目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式对肝癌介入患者身心应激、生活质量及应对方式的影响。方法选取医院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的肝癌患者300例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式。观察比较两组患者身心应激、生活质量及应对方式。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组屈服、回避维度评分明显低于对照组,观察组面对维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式可减轻肝癌介入治疗患者身心应激程度,改善患者心理状态,增强患者疾病康复信心与应对方式,提高患者生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of hospital-community-family integrated nursing model on physical and mental stress,quality of life and coping style in patients with liver cancer intervention.Methods To select 300 patients with liver cancer who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of the basic characteristics between the groups,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given hospital-community-family integrated nursing mode.The physical and mental stress,quality of life and coping style of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The yield and avoidance dimension scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face dimension score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family integrated nursing model can reduce the physical and mental stress of patients with liver cancer interventional therapy,improve the patient's psychological state,enhance the patient's confi dence in disease recovery and coping style,and improve the patient's quality of life.
