摘　　要：进一步加强乡村医生队伍建设、提高基层医疗卫生服务能力是解决我国医疗卫生事业发展短板的关键。从2013年至今,襄阳职业技术学院开展了理论和实践探索,既立足基层现实、又着眼长远发展,构建了“政校行企合作、医教协同主体、岗课赛证融通、定向订单培养”的人才培养模式,形成了较为完整和完善的培养体系,为创新乡村医生人才培养模式探索出一条新路径,为充实基层医疗卫生力量做出了重要贡献。Further strengthening the construction of rural doctors and improving the ability of grassroots medical and health service are the key to solve the shortcomings of the development of China's medical and health undertakings.Since 2013,Xiangyang Polytechnic carried out the theory and practice exploration based on the grassroots reality and long-term development,built the government,school,industry and enterprise coopera-tion,medical collaborative subject,targeted talent training mode,formed a more complete and perfect training system,and explored a new path for innovating rural doctor talent training mode,contributing a lot to enriching the grassroots medical and health forces.
