女性主动逃离婚姻与男性被动重卷为光棍——以秦巴山区F村“逃跑婚姻”为个案

摘　　要：近几年,农村社会离婚现象高发,在秦巴山区农村地区出现了一种特殊的“逃跑婚姻”现象,农村妇女通过失范的婚姻解除方式来逃离既有家庭。以渝东北F村作为调查区域,择因在其妻在脱离社会法定规范的婚姻解除行为发生后,“重返光棍”且难以再婚的农村男青年和家庭作为研究对象,通过实地调研和访谈,分析农村男性再度成为单身汉这一现象所折射出的农村婚姻困境及其影响,可以发现,彩礼契约作用的弱化、婚姻自主性的增强和网络的便捷性诱发了该现象,由此带来了男性再婚不易、家庭陷入贫困和子代社会化方面的困境。基于此,需重建乡村文化价值和加强农村法治建设来减少“逃跑婚姻”现象的发生,促进农村家庭的健康发展,为乡村振兴做好精神方面的保障。In recent years,divorce is high in rural society,and a special phenomenon of“Escape Marriage”has appeared in the rural areas of Qinba Mountain.Rural women have escaped from their existing families by dissolving their marriages.Taking F Village in the northeast of Chongqing as the survey area,choosing the cause of the study was the young men and families in rural areas who returned to the bachelor and had difficulty remarrying after their wives broke away from the social legal norms of dissolution of marriage.Through field research and interviews,analyzing the rural marital dilemma and its impact reflected by the phenomenon of rural men becoming bachelors again,it can be found that the weakening of the role of the bride price contract,the enhancement of marriage autonomy and the convenience of the Internet have induced this phenomenon,which has brought about the difficulties of men's remarriage,families falling into poverty and the predicament of the socialization of offspring.Based on this,it is necessary to rebuild rural cultural values and strengthen the construction of the rule of law in rural areas to reduce the occurrence of“Escape Marriage”,promote the healthy development of rural families and provide spiritual protection for rural revitalization.
