摘  要:为保证大型可展开星载天线在轨高可靠运行,提出一套基于螺旋模型的大型可展开星载天线技术风险管理方法。借助"四库"对各阶段的产品设计进行风险识别与分析;通过特性分析确定生产过程保证要素,以制定风险控制措施;依托"一图三表"试验策划体系,制定产品各研制阶段试验项目,以考核风险控制措施;通过各阶段测试数据分析,进行风险评估并制定改进措施,为提升下一研制阶段风险控制措施奠定基础。通过风险管理在各研制阶段的实施,分阶段、分层级开展产品风险管理工作,最终实现产品质量的稳步提升。In oder to ensure the large deployable Satellite Antenna working with high reliability, we propose a method of risk management based on Sprial model for large deployable Satellite Antenna. With the help of "Four-database", we recognize and analyze the risk of product design;we also analyze the product characteristics and then obtain the important factors for the production process, finally find the method of risk control;We build the plan system of tests named "one picture and three tables" to define the test items for products,and finally assess the methods of risk control;We analyze the data of tests to evaluate the risk and formulate the improved measures, and finally lay the foundation for development of risk control in the next stage. Through the grasp of risk management in each stage, product risk management can be carried out in stages and levels,and finally the product quality will be raised steadily.
