摘 要:极片干燥是动力电池制造环节最复杂、能耗最大的单元操作之一。对其物质及能量输运的研究,可以有效提高干燥设备效率,降低厂家的生产成本。以磷酸铁锂体系为正极极片材料,探究了恒温干燥和热风对流干燥中不同温度和厚度对极片干燥的影响。研究结果表明,恒温干燥实验中同一厚度的极片温度越高,干燥的时间越短。同一温度下极片厚度越薄,干燥的时间越短。当热风干燥温度为105~110℃时,干燥效率较高,且获得极片不易脱落。热风对流干燥实验中温度和厚度对极片干燥的影响规律与恒温干燥实验基本一致。Polar plate drying is one of the most complex and energy consumptions of the power battery manufacturing operation.Research on its material and energy transport can effectively improve the efficiency of drying equipment and reduce the production cost of manufacturers.With the lithium iron phosphate system as the positive electrode sheet material,the effect of different temperature and thickness on the electrode drying were investigated.The results showed that the higher the polar sheet temperature of the same thickness,the shorter the drying time.The thinner the polar sheet thickness at the same temperature,the shorter the drying time.When the hot air-drying temperature is 105~110℃,the drying efficiency is high,and the obtained pole sheet is not easy to shed.The influence law of temperature and thickness on polar sheet drying is basically consistent with the constant temperature drying experiment.
