摘 要:渤海湾主力油田以稠油疏松砂岩为主,在生产过程中微粒运移现象严重,且目前主要以筛管或砾石充填+优质筛管方式防砂,地层微粒在防砂段周围堆集并形成混合沉积物,严重影响油井产能。本文制备了一种有机-无机复合的聚合物分子膜固砂剂体系,并对其基本性能和防砂性能进行了室内评价,结果表明,该固砂剂体系具有低伤害、高固结强度、能配合酸化使用、固砂性能优异等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。The main oilfields in Bohai Bay are mainly heavy unconsolidated sandstones,and the particle migration phenomenon is serious in the production process.The main sand control method is sieve tube or gravel packing plus high-quality screen tube in these fields.The formation particles accumulate around the sand control section and form mixed sediments,which seriously affects the oil well productivity.In this paper,an organic-inorganic composite polymer molecular membrane sand cementing agent system was prepared,and its basic performance and sand control performance were evaluated in the laboratory.The results showed that the sand cementing agent system has the characteristics of low damage,high consolidation strength,can be used with acidification,excellent sand cementing performance and so on,and has a broad application prospect.
