摘　　要：妊娠合并心脏病是产科的严重合并症,包括结构异常性心脏病(如先天性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病和心肌炎等)、功能异常性心脏病(如心律失常等)和妊娠期间心脏病(如妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病和围产期心肌病等)。本文将从以下三个方面阐述妊娠与心脏病的研究进展:孕产妇心脏病的患病率及死亡率;在产前和产后,早期识别心脏病的重要性;对已有或新发的后天性心脏病孕产妇的管理建议。Pregnancy complicated with heart disease is a serious complication in obstetrics.It includes structural abnormalities(such as congenital heart defects,valvular heart disease and myocarditis),functional abnormalities(such as arrhythmia)and heart diseases during pregnancy(such as hypertensive heart disease during pregnancy and peripartum cardiomyopathy).This article illustrates the research progress of pregnancy and heart disease from the following three aspects:the prevalence and mortality of maternal heart disease,the importance of early identification of heart disease before and after childbirth,the management recommendations for pregnant women with new acquired heart disease.
