摘　　要：大规模开放式在线课程(MOOC),作为自主学习模式,被越来越多的高校所重视和采用,也正加速改变着传统教学模式。特别是在临床药物使用过程中,护士们更多的是采用基于MOOC的线上学习模式、线上线下混合式学习模式。为确保临床药物疗效与药物安全性的学习效果,《用药护理》课程建设优质MOOC,提高MOOC应用效果,需要做深入的研究和探索。Massive open online course(MOOC), as a self-regulated learning mode, has been attached importance to and adopted by more and more universities. Especially during the clinical drug use process, nurses observe the efficacy and safety of drugs, using MOOC-based online teaching mode, online-to-offline hybrid teaching mode is accelerating the change of traditional teaching mode. Therefore, it is necessary to do deep research and exploration to construct high-quality MOOC and improve the effect of MOOC application.
