摘 要:试验选用9000只1日龄的白羽肉鸡,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复1500只,其中:蒲地散组饲料中添加中药蒲地散500 g/t,对照组饲料不添加任何药物。试验期28 d,于试验第7、14、21、28天采样评估蒲地散对肉鸡生长性能、肠道免疫水平、肠道形态及肠道菌群的影响。结果:与对照组相比,蒲地散组鸡存活率显著提高(P<0.05),且平均体重、料重比及平均日增重均略高于对照组;第7、14和21天十二指肠分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)含量均极显著提高(P<0.01),第7、14和28天十二指肠中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量均极显著降低(P<0.01)。肠组织经过HE染色分析发现,蒲地散组较对照组十二指肠形态相对完整,无明显炎性浸润。通过16S rDNA测序分析,结果显示蒲地散组厚壁菌门数量高于对照组,乳酸菌数量略高于对照组,而类杆菌数量略低于对照组。综上,日粮中添加中药蒲地散可降低肉鸡死淘率,提高肉鸡生长性能和肠道功能,同时减弱肠道炎症。Nine thousand one-day-old white-feathered broilers were used and randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 1500 broilers per replicate.The tested group had 200 g/t of Pudi powder added to their fodder,while the control group had normal fodder,without any drugs.The experiment lasted for 28 days and samples were then collected on the 7^(th),14^(th),21^(th),and 28^(th)days to evaluate the effects of Pudi powder on growth performance,intestinal immune level,intestinal morphology,and intestinal flora of the broilers.The results showed that,firstly,compared with the control group,the survival rate of the chickens in Pudi powder group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and their average weight,feed-to-weight ratio and average daily gain were also higher.The content of sIgA in the duodenum in the Pudi powder group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 7;,14;,and 21;days(P<0.01).The contents of IFN-γ,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the duodenum of the Pudi powder group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 7^(th),14^(th),and 28^(th) days(P<0.01).Secondly,HE staining analysis of the intestinal tissue showed that the duodenal morphology of the broilers in the Pudi powder group was relatively complete and showed no obvious inflammatory infiltration,compared withthe control group.Finally,16 S rD NA sequencing analysis showed that the number of Firmicutes in the Pudi powder group was higher than that in the control group,the number of Lactobacillus was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the number of Bacteroides was slightly lower than that in the control group.In conclusion,the present results indicated that dietary supplementation of traditional Chinese medicine Pudi powder lowered the mortality rate of broilers,improved the growth performance and intestinal function of the birds,and reduced their intestinal inflammation.
