基于“开阖枢”理论探究郑卫琴教授诊治大肠癌的思维

摘　　要：大肠癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医治疗大肠癌的历史悠久,可显著改善患者的临床症状,延长存活期。本文主要对历代医家及郑卫琴教授对大肠癌病因病机的认识作一梳理,并基于“开阖枢”理论探究大肠癌的诊治思维。郑卫琴教授认为,阳明为二阳合明,而太阳少阳合病,致阳明失阖,燥湿气化失职,阳明病之极则为大肠癌,治在调气机复形质。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinic,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of colorectal cancer,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and prolong the survival time of patients.This paper mainly combs the understanding of past dynasties doctors and professor Zheng Weiqin on the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,and explores the thinking on diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer based on"opening and closing pivot"theory.Professor Zheng Weiqin thought that Yangming is the combination of two Yangs,while the combination of Taiyang and Shaoyang caused Yangming's failure to close,dryness and dampness,and the extreme of Yangming's disease is colorectal cancer,the treatment lies in the regulation of function and complex substance.
