中医药罐治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药罐治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月1日至12月31日郑州市中医院肺病科80例咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠片联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医药罐治疗。比较两组的中医症状积分、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及临床疗效。结果治疗组咳嗽频率、咳嗽程度、咽痒、咽痛、鼻塞积分及总分治疗前、后的差值均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组FeNO、IL-6水平治疗前、后的差值显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医药罐治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证可有效改善患者的咳嗽频率、咳嗽程度、咽痒、咽痛、鼻塞等症状,降低FeNO、IL-6水平,改善气道炎症,以达到快速控制病情的目的,且具有一定安全性,操作简单,尤其适用于难以接受中药汤剂或长期口服用药的患者。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine jar in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-evil invading lung syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with cough variant asthma with wind-evil invading lung syndrome in the pulmonary diseases department of Zhengzhou TCM hospital from June 1,to December 31,2019 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets combined with compound methoxyamine capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine jar on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The differences of cough frequency,cough degree,pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal pain,nasal obstruction scores and total score before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of FeNO and IL-6 level before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine jar in the treatment of cough variant asthma with wind-evil invading lung syndrome has significant effect,it can effectively ameliorate the cough frequency,cough degree,pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal pain,nasal obstruction symptoms,reduce the FeNO and IL-6 levels,improve airway inflammation,and achieve the purpose of rapid control of the disease,with certain safety and simple operation.It is especially suitable for patients who are difficult to accept traditional Chinese medicine decoction or long-term oral medication.
