瓜蒌夏苓汤联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证的效果及对患者血管内皮功能指标、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瓜蒌夏苓汤联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证的效果及对患者血管内皮功能指标、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月于我院接受治疗的100例冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证患者进行研究,以抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组根据患者情况给予对症治疗,同时给予比索洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用瓜蒌夏苓汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ET-1水平均低于治疗前,NO、VEGF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MMP-9、TIMP-1水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前减少,持续时间均较治疗前缩短,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌夏苓汤联合比索洛尔用于冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证患者治疗中可取得满意的临床效果,能改善血管内皮功能指标,调整机体MMP-9、TIMP-1水平,减少心绞痛发作次数,缩短持续时间,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Gualou Xialing decoction combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome and its influence on vascular endothelial function indexes,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lot method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment according to the situation of patients,and bisoprolol was given at the same time.The observation group was added with Gualou Xialing decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,while the levels of NO and VEGF were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups was less than that before treatment,the duration was shorter than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gualou Xialing decoction combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pu
