摘　　要：目的探讨基于希望理论的移情护理结合早期康复活动干预对呼吸衰竭机械通气患者通气状态、肌力及并发症发生情况的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月收治的90例呼吸衰竭机械通气患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于希望理论的移情护理结合早期康复活动干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的握力值与MRC评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为17.78%,明显低于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05)。结论基于希望理论的移情护理结合早期康复活动干预可改善呼吸衰竭机械通气患者通气状态与肌力,预防并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of empathic nursing based on hope theory combined with early rehabilitation intervention on ventilation status,muscle strength and occurrence of complications in patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods Ninety patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation treated from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research object.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted empathic nursing based on hope theory combined with early rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the grip strength and MRC score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.78%,which was significantly lower than 44.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathic nursing based on hope theory combined with early rehabilitation intervention can improve the ventilation status and muscle strength of patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation,and prevent the occurrence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
